Each space is approximately 1.8-2m wide and 1.5m deep. Stalls will be awarded on a first come, first served** basis - payment required to secure your spot. Single stall spaces only.
*Discount applies when all three markets are booked at once. Stallholders who register and pay for all three markets before June 10th will be given preferential stall placement and table hire. **Subject to approval. Preference will be given to locally-made and locally designed items. Some imported items may be considered, as long as they fit in with the overall 'artisan' feeling of the market, for example, locally designed but made overseas.

Copper Catkin Consulting is offering bonus coaching onsite, following the principles outlined in the 5-step Mini Market Makeover course. $30 per market will cover:
pre-market stall layout coaching during set-up (before 10am)
post-market debrief session 3.30
Bonus offer - clients who book for multiple markets will also receive stall makeover goal-setting coaching and follow-up.
Petone Winter Market - September Saturday 16th, 10.30-3pm Applications for September close August 30th, 8pm. Theme to be announced! The venue is Petone Baptist Church hall, which will be open for set up from 8.30am, and will close at 5pm.
There is excellent free parking on Buick Street, but we ask that you leave this for our customers, and park a bit further away. We are happy to organise shuttle cars for stallholders moving their cars to distant parking spots.
We will be participating in plastic-free July, and we encourage stallholders and customers to join in.
Our planet is precious - we ask all stallholders to please avoid using plastic bags, to bring reusable cups for coffee, and generally try to minimise the market's impact on the environment.
As we want to make sure that stall standards are of the very highest, and that we have a good balance of stall types for the Petone Winter Markets, all applications go through an approval process. We have a waiting list, and stallholders often have to change their plans unexpectedly, so don't despair!
